1. Who we are and what this site is
morninggroundwork.com (the "Site") is operated by Leadspire LLC ("we," "us"), 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We are an independent dōTERRA® Wellness Advocate. The Site is informational: it describes products made and sold by dōTERRA International, LLC and links to doterra.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. We are not the seller
We don't sell, ship, or bill for any product. When you click a button on the Site, you're taken to doterra.com, where you place your order directly with dōTERRA. Your purchase, including prices, taxes, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, product availability, membership terms, and the Rewards program, is governed by dōTERRA's own terms, policies, and customer service, not by us. Any dispute about an order is between you and dōTERRA.
3. Prices and offers shown here
Prices, points, gifts, and savings shown on the Site are what we saw on doterra.com on the date stated next to them (for example, "as shown at checkout on 10/12/2026"). dōTERRA sets and changes them without notice to us. The price and offer displayed in your dōTERRA cart at the moment you order are the ones that apply. We correct the Site when we learn of a change, but we don't guarantee that every figure is current.
4. Our content is informational, not advice
The Site, our emails, and our guide describe how the manufacturer says its products are intended to be used. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and they don't create any professional relationship. Statements about dietary supplements marked with an asterisk carry the required disclaimer: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." 6. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults (18 and older) in the United States. dōTERRA's own eligibility rules apply to any account you open with it.
7. Your use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; scrape, copy, or republish its content beyond personal, non-commercial use; interfere with its operation or security; impersonate anyone; or submit false information on our forms (for example, confirming an order you didn't place).
8. Intellectual property
The Morning Groundwork name, logo, page design, text, and original images are owned by Leadspire LLC. Product names, images, videos, and official product descriptions are the property of dōTERRA Holdings, LLC and are used by permission under dōTERRA's policies for independent Wellness Advocates. You may not use any of it without the owner's permission.
9. Third-party sites
The Site links to doterra.com, Meta, and other third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Leadspire LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some states don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover any loss, cost, or claim we face because you broke these Terms or misused the Site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.
